Managing Director
iProspect UK is managed by Ben Wood, who has overseen the growth of the business since its launch in the Summer of 2010. Ben has more than 15 years experience in digital marketing and advertising, and has hands on management experience in some of the UK’s most pioneering digital businesses. Ben has worked at Aegis for over 5 years previously as Managing Director of Carat Digital and later as Managing Partner at Vizeum and Managing Director of Diffiniti.

Head of Search & Performance Media
Mark has over 10 years experience working in digital marketing, predominantly search and performance marketing with clients such as PC World, Crocs and reed.co.uk. At iProspect Mark leads the search and performance media teams with billings of over £100 million and is responsible for delivering innovation in strategy and client services. Mark started his career in marketing solutions and joined Overture in the advent of pay-for-performance marketing. He then joined Green Cathedral, who were later acquired by Golley Slater, to help launch their search marketing and media division in the UK. Mark was one of the founding members of the IPA Search Group and was elected Chairman in 2009, responsible for raising the profile and standards of search marketing for agencies in the UK. He has just finished his successful two year term where one of the key initiatives was to professionalise the search sector with the launch of the IPA Search Certificate for member agencies.

Chief Client & Strategy Officer
Brett has almost 20 years’ experience building and managing integrated direct response campaigns, with nearly half of that at Aegis, most recently at sister company Carat, where he lead their Direct team. At iProspect he heads up the Strategy and Client Service functions within the agency, owning integrated delivery and performance strategy, and ensuring that technology and data are used in the most effective way to support the agency’s ‘one budget, one KPI approach’ for our clients. Brett’s background is in integrated direct response and data planning, with strategic experience across many markets including utilities, finance, technology, publishing, travel and automotive. Prior to working in marketing he was originally trained in forensic chemistry and customer service! This unusual combination is probably why unlocking value from data has always been at the heart of his strategies and why he strives to leave no stone unturned in a quest to ensure our clients are always happy with the services that we provide.

Head Of Technology & Digital Operations
John has over 10 years experience in the technology and marketing sectors having worked in high profile marketing positions in some of the UK’s largest and fastest growing companies. Previous to iProspect John was Product Management Director during the de-regulation launch of 118118 and later led the delivery of 118118.com; he was part of the team that launched the Scoot.com brand, and he developed GWR’s (now GCAP) New Media products. John is a specialist marketer, across the full mix from Brand to NPD, with a deep understanding of digital media.

Head Of Sales & Marketing
Brandon has more than 10 years commercial experience working across the technology and marketing sectors. At iProspect Brandon is responsible for driving revenue from both new and existing clients across iProspect’s extensive range of digital marketing solutions. Across the broader Aegis group Brandon also plays an integral part in creating integrated business opportunities with sister agencies Carat, Vizeum, Isobar, Just International and Feather Brooksbank. Further to this Brandon is also responsible for managing the iProspect UK marketing strategy. Before joining iProspect Brandon served as Head Of Agency Sales at affiliate network TradeDoubler where he was responsible for managing the agency sales channel.

Head Of Planning
Sam has been with Aegis for over 10 years having worked at Carat (UK and Australia), Just International and Diffiniti. At iProspect Sam leads the central planning team responsible for account management and client service across the agency’s largest integrated accounts. Sam has worked across a number of high-profile brands in his time at Aegis including Aviva, British Gas, Epson, HBOS and Sky.

Director of Product & Operations
Isabelle has over 10 years experience in digital media and web development. Her commercial marketing background allows her to deliver integrated performance solutions for brands including American Express across 19 markets, Johnson & Johnson, Monarch and the Shop Direct Group. Having joined from Tesco, where she ran the retailer’s extensive search programme and launched Tesco’s first foray into social media, Isabelle set up and has run the Aegis SEO team. The team has since grown into one of the largest and most respected SEO teams in the UK. Isabelle also setup the Social Activation, Conversion & Analytics teams and more recently a Content team was launched under Isabelle’s stewardship. From 2012 Isabelle’s focus will be to lead Product Development and Operations across iProspect UK. Her remit is to ensure iProspect stay ahead of the market, continue to innovate and set trends, attract and retain the best talent as well as ensure a smooth running of the UK operation.

Director of Paid Social
Angus moved into search from a media analysis background in 2006, and has managed search campaigns for BSkyB, LOVEFiLM, WWF, BBC Worldwide, as well The Royal Navy, The Royal Marines, the Home Office, and many others under the COI umbrella. In the summer of 2009 he co-ordinated the UK government’s PPC response to the Swine flu outbreak. Angus joined Aegis Media in December 2009, directing the global search marketing efforts of Nokia in over 80 territories worldwide. Since joining iProspect, Angus has been instrumental in developing iProspect’s international search capabilities based in London. More recently Angus has helped to develop iProspect’s Facebook advertising proposition where currently he oversees the strategic planning and execution of targeted Facebook campaigns for numerous leading blue chip advertisers.

Head of SEO
Neilson is an experienced and well respected digital marketeer, having regularly been selected to talk authoritatively on the discipline on platforms such as Sky News and The Digital Bulletin as well as being a regular contributor to leading industry publications. Since joining Aegis, Neilson has focused on developing the SEO teams approach and products so that they are delivering innovative and best in class services across multiple markets and verticals. Keeping abreast of change, constantly innovating and having ROI at the focal point of all strategies has led to the SEO team quickly developing into one of the UK’s largest and most respected by both clients and peers alike. Neilson has worked with some of the world’s largest brands in a variety of verticals, these include: British Gas, RBS Bank, Thomas Cook, SDG group, Adidas, Compare the Market, Vodafone and Arcadia.

Head Of Analytics & Conversion Optimisation
Carl has 4 years experience in digital media and specialises in SEO, Web Analytics and Conversion Optimisation. He joined iProspect in 2007 as a graduate, eventually working as Senior SEO Strategist on clients including Johnson & Johnson, BSkyB, DIAGEO, Monarch & adidas. In 2010 he lead iProspect to becoming a Google Analytics Certified Partner and has since created the Conversion Optimisation team, focusing specifically on landing page development, optimisation and web analytics consultancy. Carl holds a BSc Physics (Hons) from Warwick University and is a Google Analytics Certified Partner.

Head Of Affiliates, Feeds & Lead Gen
Dan has 5 years online experience in both Australia and the UK, working across affiliates, feed distribution, lead generation, email and search. Before iProspect, Dan headed up the affiliates team at Starcom MediaVest Group where he developed their internal affiliate offering into the largest agency-run network in the UK, working across clients such as MORE TH>N, Flybe, Capital One, National Lottery and Honda. Dan now heads up iProspect’s affiliate and feeds team and will be involved in the development of our internal DR technologies.
