Ben Wood
President iProspect Global

Ben Wood is one of digital marketing's industry veterans. Now driving the vision for the agency globally, Ben previously oversaw phenomenal growth of the UK business since its launch in 2010. Within Aegis, Ben has previously been Managing Director of Carat Digital, Managing Partner at Vizeum and Managing Director of Diffiniti.
 
Approachable, authoritative and always with a view on the fast pace of change in the industry, he's a regular commentator for the BBC, the FT, and the Daily Telegraph on all manner of digital media issues - from the value of social media engagement to the challenge of the modern media agency.

Chris Whitelaw
CEO UK

Once Australia's youngest stockbroker, Chris spent his early years in finance working for Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank. It was in digital marketing, however, where he really flashed his entrepreneurial edge, founding I Spy Marketing - one of Europe's of fastest-growing agencies, which Aegis acquired in 2012.
 
While this drive has earned him a string of accolades for award-winning businesses including The Sunday Times Tech Track 100 for Britain’s top 100 private tech companies, it's also spurred a string of outdoor adventures: Chris has climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, Mount Everest base camp and the Three Peaks, as well as running the Paris 2012 marathon. He's currently a member of the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA) Council, which is the governing body of the IPA.

Jim Brigden
Chief Revenue Officer

Jim Brigden joined iProspect as Chief Client & Commercial Officer in August 2012, following its acquisition of I Spy Marketing - where he was CEO. He's among the few seasoned professionals to have worked in search marketing from the early days, and founded the first UK specialist search agency The Search Works in 2004, growing it to a £100m turnover in just three years. Since then, he's been director of a breadth of digital media, ecommerce and technology agencies. Focused and level-headed, and a perfect mix of country gent and businessman, Jim has been known to turn his hand to a golf club on occasion.

Chris Speed
Chief Operating Officer

Chris is responsible for the operational management of iProspect's media and data channels, including Paid and Natural Search, Affiliates and Lead Generation, Social Media, Analytics and Conversion Optimisation.
 
His digital marketing career began in 1999 when he co-founded an SEO agency servicing local SMEs. As the business grew, he branched out into Paid Search, web design and analytics. After leaving that business, Chris worked client-side for VisitBritain, where he ran global paid and natural search and web analytics across 45 markets.
 
Chris joined I Spy Marketing as its fifth employee in 2007, initially as Head of Paid Search, before taking on the role of Operations Director, working as part of the leadership team which drove the agency's success prior to its acquisition by Aegis. A passionate sports fan, Chris's dream client would be the Lawn Tennis Association and Wimbledon.

Brett McKibbin
Chief Strategy Officer

Brett heads up Strategy at iProspect, setting out the vision for integrated and performance delivery, and ensuring that technology and data are used in the most effective way to support our clients' business objectives and leverage their consumers' digital behaviour. With over 20 year's industry experience in building and managing integrated direct response campaigns, and with key data planning and strategic skills, Brett has worked across verticals including utilities, finance, FMCG, technology, publishing, travel and automotive. More than ten years at Aegis, he has led iProspect sister company Carat's Direct team before moving to iProspect in 2011. Originally trained in both forensic chemistry and customer service, this highly unusual combination somewhat explains his relentless drive to unlock value from data - and why he's a stickler for detail.

Matt Adams
Chief Media Officer

Matt came back to a digital home at iProspect in April 2014 following a career spanning both the media vendor and agency landscape. As Chief Media Officer Matt is responsible for the products at iProspect ranging across bought, owned and earned media and creative. Matt ensures that iProspect has class leading performance solutions being executed and delivered with the excellence required from the UK's largest performance specialist.
 
Prior to iProspect, Matt led the digital and client groups at DigitasLBi as well as 5 years at MEC structuring the delivery of digital media across all channels for the global client base. He has worked with clients across multiple sectors that include Virgin Atlantic, Disney, Danone, Eurostar, CitiBank, Marriott, Xerox, Paramount Pictures, Activision Blizzard and Chevron.
 
Matt has also experienced media for the vendor side, having worked at companies that include Yahoo! Europe, IPC Media, Maiden Outdoor and digital specialist, TradeDoubler. Matt can now and again be found struggling up mountains on his road bike in the Alps and enjoys nothing more than quiet weekends with his family.

Emmaclare Huntriss
Business Development Director

Emmaclare joined the iProspect exec team as Business Development Director, responsible for new business and marketing, in 2014. A senior marketing and business development professional, she is focused on transforming business challenges into creative solutions; delivering innovative ideas with measurable business impact.
 
Combining passion and enthusiasm with over 14 years of experience at top UK agencies, her insight-led approach helps agencies guide their thinking, communications and behaviour to open doors to new clients and partners. She is also an avid horse rider and can often be spotted riding in Windsor Great Park at the weekends.

Paul Adams
Managing Partner – Shared

Paul has worked for some of the world’s leading multi-national organisations and their premium brands with the aim to bring their marketing programmes into the digital world. He joined iProspect in 2014 as Managing Partner for all Dentsu-Aegis clients, and has 17 years of marketing experience in both client and agency side, and from local to global team management. These include P&G, Diageo, Unilever and British Airways.
 
Most recently, Paul ran the digital department at Leo Burnett with specific responsibility for their global P&G business. Career highlights have been setting up BA's first e-commerce website, leading the team that created Max Factor Face-ID (a pioneering make-up consultancy tool) and launching many of Diageo's first web platforms. Outside of work Paul is a keen tennis player, who is on a long and slow decline from the dizzy heights of beating Tim Hemman in his younger years.

Sandra McDill
Managing Partner – Direct

Sandra joined the iProspect exec team in 2014 as Managing Partner Direct after having worked across the digital industry for over 10 years. A self-confessed digital geek, Sandra is passionate about delivering first class integrated client service underpinned by the strategic use of data and technology in performance media.
 
Previously VP Global Clients for Attribution specialists TagMan and Client Services Director for performance company Tradedoubler, her portfolio has included global brand heavyweights such as Apple, Sony, Samsung, John Lewis and RBS. Sandra has achieved industry award wins for a number of her clients and has herself won marketing awards including being named one of Media Weeks 30 under 30 people in Media in 2010.
 
Sandra regularly speaks at industry events across a wide range of digital marketing topics, lectures for several universities and industry accreditations and holds a Master's Degree in Marketing. She is a huge fan of shopping online and even booked her wedding abroad from her smartphone sitting on a commuter train to London.

Neilson Hall
Head of Owned Media

Since joining Aegis in 2011, Neilson has revolutionised iProspect's approach to search, placing social media and content at the heart of strategy and underpinning all campaigns with data and technology to deliver best in class services for some of the world's largest brands - British Gas, RBS Bank, Thomas Cook, SDG group, Adidas, Monarch, The AA and AMEX. Under Neilson, iProspect's SEO team is now the UK's largest, and one of the most respected. Media Week highly commended him as one of its 30 under 30 in 2012. Notoriously competitive, he has been selected to run for Team GB both on the track and in cross-country.

Angus Wood
Head of Earned media

Angus has managed search campaigns since 2006, and for an enviable list of clients including BSkyB, LOVEFiLM, WWF, BBC Worldwide, The Royal Navy, The Royal Marines, the Home Office, and many others. He joined Aegis Media in 2009, directing the global search marketing efforts of Nokia in over 80 regions. iProspect's pragmatist, he has been instrumental in developing the agency's international search capabilities in London. More recently, he's helped develop our crucial Facebook advertising proposition. A classist and historian by training, he's been moved to bloodlust by apostrophes in the wrong place in PowerPoint slides, while his occasional floral shirt has been known to brighten up the office on a Friday.

Nick Drabicky
Head of Bought media

Nick Drabicky currently resides as the Head of Bought Media within the iProspect UK office, overseeing the agency product across all bought channels. As Head of Bought Media the role is to create an innovative department, fully capable of unlocking holistic opportunities across Paid Search, Performance Display, Affiliates and Ad Operations, delivering a market-leading proposition and driving business growth. Nick hails from the United States where he has spent his time leading, planning, and executing multi-channel digital strategies for clients across various verticals including luxury retail, travel, and CPG clients. Nick has over seven years of agency experience within the digital marketing landscape specialising on both broad strategy planning, but also applying deep analytical rigor to each piece of strategy for each piece of client work.

Helena Snowdon
Global New Business Director

Helena has led global new business and marketing teams at the top media groups for over a decade, having started her professional life travelling the world as an Executive level headhunter in Private Banking. She is responsible for driving iProspect’s largest global and regional pitches, and as part of that pulls together world-class teams of specialists, drives network consistency and product quality, knowledge management initiatives, and best practice sharing across the world, as well as iProspect’s external PR strategy.
 
Over the years, she has managed pitches for the world's largest advertisers including Unilever, Nestlé, Motorola, Renault-Nissan, 20th Century Fox, Disney, American Express and Barclays. Helena joined iProspect in January 2013 from WPP’s Maxus. Previously, she worked for PHD and Starcom MediaVest, having learned her trade at Mindshare between 2003 and 2008. A self-professed perfectionist, she keeps very fit and has honed her half marathon skills over the last couple years, getting her time down to just 1 hour 38 minutes.

James Parr
Finance Director

James Parr joined iProspect as Finance Director in 2013 and looks after the commercial and control aspects of finance. James ensures that iProspect has the right financial support and controls in place to allow the organisation to realise its potential. Before joining the agency he looked after finance and treasury at several listed companies and has worked across multiple sectors. When not in the office crunching numbers James likes to travel and having visited every continent, including a recent trip to Antarctica, he has set his sights on visiting every country.
